The mission of the Winters Combined PTA, in common with the National PTA and the California State PTA, is to positively impact the lives of all children, their families, and school staff.

Our goal is to support Waggoner Elementary and Shirley Rominger Intermediate schools in the enrichment of their programs.

We are parents, teachers, and community members of Winters who, through fundraising, hope to ramp up parent involvement and student engagement by providing PTA funded field trips, campus beautification projects, dances, multicultural nights, literacy nights, exercise events and more.
