The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year document that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to address state priorities and support student achievement. The LCAP is approved annually by the Board of Trustees with input from students, parents, staff, and the community of Winters. A District-wide Task Force meets monthly to review the LCAP and a Parent Advisory Committee makes final recommendations to the Board.
