Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC)

Mission Statement

The Special Education Parent Advisory Committee's mission is to advocate for the needs of district learners aged three to 22 with disabilities. We provide advice on current issues, program development, and parental concerns, while also encouraging parental involvement. Our goal is to be strong advocates for high-quality special education programs and facilitate communication and understanding between families, schools, and the community. We actively seek input from both students and parents to enhance our efforts.

The information shared and discussed by the Special Education Parent Advisory Committee will be shared with the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, and the Superintendent’s Cabinet and yearly to the Board of Trustees.
