Each and every student has the right to be educated in a classroom setting which allows him or her to obtain the maximum amount of knowledge possible. Our school rules and classroom rules are important in helping to ensure a proper environment for successful learning. When a student breaks classroom or school rules, that student disrupts the learning environment of our school and interferes with his or her own, as well as the education of other students. This is unacceptable. Therefore, if a student chooses not to follow rules disciplinary consequences will follow. We hold students at Winters Middle School to these high behavior standards because we want all of our students to be able to obtain the best education possible.
